Sufice it to say, stay away from this guy. His BBB rating is an 'F' and the 2 reviews he received are 1 star that I'm sure would have been zero stars if that were possible. I will be reporting him to Consumer Affairs & I bet he has other complaints against him. Being 'virtual' makes it easy to be nasty, especially when there is no name associated with it.

He's supposed to be a tax pro, but there is nothing professional about him. Let's see if he refunds my money, less a $6 'restocking' fee, or is it a 'restalking' fee? UPDATE: My payment was refunded in full & that tells me he's not a thief just has a lousy personality.

This is not even a real office, just a 'virtual office.' Shame on the internet and Google for allowing this to look like a brick and mortar company.
