Testing: I have personally performed an extensive set of tests on this unit (a few hundred images). In the course of my scanning I've verified many features of this unit, including; slide AND film scans, USB operation (Win7 & XP), Firewire operation (WinXP), scanning with the included OEM software and with Vuescan, various image resolutions, color adjustments and focus methods (auto and manual). All tested functions have performed well, over extended periods and multiple scan sessions. I will be happy to provide links to the test scans upon purchase or request.
